I graduated from Quinnipiac University in 2009 with a Master’s Degree in physical therapy. Having worked in various settings across 7 states before moving back to New England in 2015, I was lucky to have had the chance to learn from many different people, each with their own specialties. I’ve been board-certified in orthopedics by the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) since 2016, and in 2024 I attained the International Diploma in Mechanical Diagnosis & Therapy (MDT), commonly referred to as the McKenzie Method. I firmly believe that everyone deserves a thorough assessment to ensure they are managing their condition as optimally as possible.
